Upon successful completion, students earn the CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA Dip MA), an essential milestone in their CIMA course journey and a critical step, enabling them to contribute meaningfully to organizational performance.

The Management level focuses on translating long-term decisions into medium-term plans. Candidates learn to use data and relevant technology to manage organizational and individual performance, allocate resources, monitor implementation, as well as prepare and interpret financial statements. This level also emphasizes strategic thinking, risk management, and leadership skills to ensure successful execution of business strategies. On completion, students receive the CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA Adv Dip MA), a significant achievement when undertaking their CIMA courses and for those pursuing CIMA in Sri Lanka, positioning them for advanced roles in finance and management.

The Strategic level focuses on long-term strategic decision-making and leadership. Candidates work closely with organisational leaders to craft and implement strategy, evaluate and manage risks, assess organisational value, and secure the necessary financial resources to achieve strategic objectives. This level also emphasizes critical thinking, corporate governance, and ethical decision-making, preparing students to handle complex business challenges at the senior management level. Upon successful completion of the practical experience requirements, students are admitted to associate membership and awarded the Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designations.
